Should I get a hair transplant and breast reduction ladies? I am a male who is losing hair and who suffers from breadt enlargement. Do you ladies feel I should get a hair transplant and breast reduction surgery if it will make me look better? I am confident about other things in my life except this. Or do you think that decent looking ladies will overlook hair loss and boobs in a man? I don't mind women who are a bit overweight or who have small boobs so maybe I am worrying to much about my appearance? Or maybe not in today's superficial world?
I have a disorder called gynecomastia (male breasts). My breasts are now up to a C-cup. more below.? For a while, I was a B-cup and did not wear a bra or any other kind of support. However, I have recently been told that I am a C-cup now. My breasts obviously weigh more now and seem to sag, for lack of better words. What I would like to know is should I use some sort of support garment such as a bra? I don't have health insurance and cannot afford breast reduction surgery. Please help!

Large breast tumor, any similar stories or advice? I have a lipoma (fatty tumor), at least that's what the doc thinks, on my breast. It's rather large & he may not be able to remove, it if that happens he'll have to do a masectomy. It's on my good breast, I've had breast reduction and lost sensitivity in my other breast. I know my breasts don't define who I am as a person, but yet I'm feeling depressed about how my breasts will look & feel. In fact, I'm saddened by it. Luckily I don't have a history of breast cancer in my family & the doc thinks it isn't cancer. I was wandering if anyone else has had a similar experience or if anyone can give some encouragement. I know I'll be fine b/c my father's church & my friends are praying for me. I'm just hoping for some positive feedback. Men feel free to advise as well. My husband & some of my male friends are really loving & supportive and I really feel blessed, but I can't shake this depression. Thanks. 2D

Girls, Considering Surgery(guy)? Ok, so I'm 20 yrs old and I have female friends but never a girl friend, so I thought maybe I just have low self esteem because all through high school I was on the heavy side. Well I lost about 30 pounds and I'm still not thin but not obese. The problem is I still have alot of fat around my chest(man boobies). I have done alot of chest exercises and such and it just gets bigger because my pecks increase but the fat on top just poke out. I'm starting to just think its genetic. I fell pretty good about the rest of my body but that one area makes me very self-conscience. So I'm considering getting Gynecomastia which is basically male breast reduction. I'm just really apprehensive about getting the surgery because I'm afraid it would mae people think differently about me. How would you feel if a guy you knew had plastic surgery?
For guys only(25 & up)... What is the obsession with large breast? I have very large breast and I am seriously considering having a breast reduction. I told some of my male friends and they were begging me not to do it. I really don't care about what they think because its my body. I wear a 44F...that's too big. Let me know what you think guys. I read the female comments and most of you said that the younger generation is all about a cute butt BUT that is not true. Most of the guys I know like both and these are men that are in their late twenties; early thirties. I have a very nice but but my boobies get a lot of attention.
I am a male to female transsexual who failed once with transition and would like to again? I tried to transition on the job but my employer said no if I wanted to retire. I had been female hormones several years and had to quit hormones and have breast reduction surgery. I still feel like a woman and have wanted to be one even without hormones
Breast lift? I'm fifteen/female (I guess female is obvious because if I was a male, I probably wouldn't be asking this.). My breasts are very heavy (I'm between a full C and a small D) and they sag badly. I've had big breasts for several years because they developed very quickly. I started getting breasts that needed a real bra at least at the age of 10/11 I think and my breasts have been the same size since I was 13/14 I'm pretty sure. I can't excercise without them hurting and they cause my posture to slump. I don't want to get them reduced because I'm not sure my frame would look good with smaller breasts but what really puts me off is the dangers of breast reduction. Am I too young to get a breast lift because I think if I got one, they'd look better and they'd probably feel better? Could insurance pay this? Any iformation welcome. Thanks. Padded straps don't help. Besides, I've started modeling but I can't wear some of the clothes because of how my breasts hang. Also I wouldn't do this to fall into mainstream beauty. I would do it whether I wanted to model or not. My breasts have been the same size for at least two years and I'm pretty much fully developed everywhere else. I'm 5' 8''/5' 9'' and I've been the same height for at least a year and a half I know. As I said, I would rather not get them reduced because they wouldn't look good on my frame and I don't like the idea of the surgery anyway. I wouldn't go to India for surgery even if it meant paying only 30%. At the end with travel fees and such, it'd probably come up just as much as the surgery in the USA would have cost if not more. Could someone just post some info on breast lift? I think that would be the best thing for me and I would get relief from it because my breasts have a lot of loose skin. If the skin were taken away, they'd stand higher, they wouldn't sag and they would hurt as much.
Do most men really like big breasts, or is a homophobic society pressuring men into such boob appeal? If you are a man (or woman) that really likes bigger breasts on a woman, please explain why and what it is about big boobs that is appealing to you. I have large boobs and am thinking of having a breast reduction because I think breasts are more appealing smaller. All the Men that I know say bigger is better. Nonetheless, I would like some male (or female) opinions on this subject who are not influenced by knowing me. Thanks for answering.
is it possible for males suffering from obesity to receive chest reduction on the NHS in the UK? If a woman can have her breasts made bigger can a man have an abnormal chest size reduced to prevent mental illness
why do guys "talk" into my boobs all the time?? whenever I talk to guys (strangers at the post office, male friends, male professors, etc). MOST of them talk into my breasts, I do have natural breasts (38C). a few days ago I went to the butcher to get hamburger meat and I swear the guy ringing me up never looked at my face! I get really embarrassed by this and it makes me feel bad - how can I control this? why do men do this - don't they know it is embarrassing to me? Note: I DO NOT dress to show my breasts, I wear decent clothes....I'm not going to get a breast reduction, so stop right there, lol. Derek - you are very wrong. Unwanted attention makes women feel embarrassed, it has little to do with my own self image. I was curious why guys do this and don't realize it's disrespectul. Stop "deflecting" their actions back onto me --- and stay in your lane, btw.
Guys- Fess Up? Do you also feel a sadness & disappointment whenever you hear a story of a woman getting a breast reduction? You don't Dare say "Man! What a waste!" out loud. Cause Then, you'd look like Shallow Hal....but you're def' thinking it. Yeah, it causes back pain for some women & some embrace their endowments, but man.......What a waste! & girls, you may even get Plenty of "support" (no pun) from male friends, but I can almost guarantee you, when some of them get home, they are saying "Sh*t!" :) Now way are they gonna say it to your face....
Will men & women look the same in 2040? Women are becoming more like men (muscles, man activities, smaller breasts + breast reductions, taller). Men seems to have begun this transition as well (male "lacation"). In the 90's it was still only menatlly, but now even physically merging together. What do you think?
