Post breast-reduction surgery, how will pregnancy affect breasts? I am trying to conceive after having had a breast reduction including a FNG (Free Nipple Graft) two years ago. I am curious as to what effect pregnancy will have on my breasts since the milk will have nowhere to go. Will the milk produced just be naturally absorbed, or will I need to take medicine to dry it up internally? And will it hurt more than normal pregnancy and post-pregnancy breasts? Breast Reduction? I am only 17 years old and I have a very tiny figure, 5'2'' and I weigh 115, only problem is that my boobs will not stop growing. Breast reduction surgery in the future? I know there are probably many women who would wish for my bust size, but lately it's more of a nuisance and embarassment than anything. Losing weight actually does NOT lessen the amount of fat in them either! I've been able to get my waist down to 27 inches, 128 pounds and they were still huge. They are 36Ds and do get in the way. It seems clothes are made for women who have svelte size 2 bodies with B cup breasts, and I have to wear clothes that are extra large even though they come down to my knees, just so my chest can fit into them. I can't even get professional work button up blouses because they never fit. Also, its annoying to have guys and other people stare or keep looking-- especially when you're trying to give a speech in lecture :\ I even have bra strap indentations, no matter how many times I get fitted. What should I do? I'm considering reduction surgery in the future because it's becoming annoying and even a burden, pardon the pun. They really aren't that great. I do want to breastfeed in the future when I have kids, so that's why I always go back and forth with this issue. Also, my fiance isn't too uppity with me getting a reduction either because he doesn't think that my chest is big enough to cause significant health issues. And when I had showed a doctor the bra indents in my shoulders, she said that I needed to get higher quality bras with wider straps because she also has a big bust.

She did pump and got just small amounts of milk. She is getting ready to have her 2nd child and wants to try again, or at least give the baby as much milk as she can get.
