What is considered to be malpractice in breast reduction surgery?

1. If you are physically disfigured or injured after the fact. Or if you get an infection or something went very wrong.. but its not malpractice if it isn't what you expected or you wanted it a little different...
2. Wilful neglect is usually considered malpractice.
3. when the doc is done, your breasts are bigger.
4. when both intent and action result in negative outcome of operation.
