Has anyone out there had a breast reduction surgery before they had their babies, Did they grow back?

I am wondering if your boobs will grow back during pregnacy after having a breast reduction.

My mom had a breast reduction surgery 13 years after she had 3 kids and they grew back. Your boobs will for sure get bigger when you get pregnant and while you breast feed, but they could go back to normal or be left even smaller when you are done. I lost more than a cup size! :(
Some do and some do not. I've heard women have had their breasts grow back after pregnancy, and I've heard of some that went back to their pre-pregnancy, post-surgery size.
