have anyone had breast reduction surgery and now is pregnant but really what to breast feed?

i had a breast reduction in 2001 and i m now seven months pregnant will i still have some leaking out off my breast after the baby is born.

a friend of mine had a redution and then 5 years later had a baby and breastfed her with no problems for 13 months....i dont see why u would have problems but check it out with you ob/gyn to see what u can do to ensure no problems...Good Luck and Congratulation
